eShopLK provides an online platform where clients can post assignments, request revisions, and receive responses from design experts. These services are provided based on the package selected by the client, including creating and refining project briefs through multiple revision cycles.
Creative Brief and Responses
You are responsible for providing detailed descriptions of your projects. This includes uploading any samples or media for reference. eShopLK does not review the accuracy or completeness of these briefs but ensures that responses from experts meet the criteria you set.
Reviewing and Revising Responses
Once you receive a response, you are responsible for reviewing it. If it does not meet your expectations, you must inform us promptly to initiate a revision cycle. Revisions are intended to bring the response in line with your specific requirements.
Revision Cycles
Typically, you can request up to 2-6 revisions to fine-tune your project. Major changes can be requested in the first and second cycles. By the third revision request, changes should be modifications to the current work.
Eligibility, Access, Use, and Service
- (a) Eligibility Requirements: To register as a Client, you must be at least 18 years old, agree to these Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy of eShopLK, and complete the registration procedure. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, and if registering on behalf of an entity, you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions. eShopLK may accept or reject your registration at its discretion.
- (b) Authorization to Use; Permitted Uses: You may access and use the Service only as permitted under these Terms and any posted policies. You may submit Creative Briefs and obtain Responses if registered as a Client. Use of the Website is at your own risk. You may display the Website on your device and print small portions for personal, fair use.
- (c) Prohibited Uses: Except as permitted, you may not broadcast, distribute, download, or sell content from the Website. You agree to comply with applicable laws and avoid transmitting harmful or unlawful materials, including viruses or misleading information. You may not interfere with or use unauthorized tools to navigate the Website.
- (d) Website Security: You are prohibited from attempting to violate the security of the Website, such as accessing unauthorized data or interfering with its operation. Violations may lead to legal action, and eShopLK reserves the right to remove content or terminate access at its discretion.
- (e) Operation of Website: eShopLK is not responsible for delays or interruptions to the Website. Although efforts are made to maintain accessibility, we cannot guarantee continuous service availability and may modify the Website or Service at any time.
Refund, Cancellation & Tax Policy
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You selected a special package or the primary design concept has been approved.
- You have requested revisions or the cancellation is due to personal reasons unrelated to eShopLK.
- No contact has been made for more than two weeks after project initiation.
- The creative brief was incomplete, or a major design change was demanded.
Refund requests are not applicable if:
- The contract has been signed after 24 hours or if 48 hours have passed without a valid reason.
- Services like Social Media, SEO, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.
- After 7 days from the purchase date or if a project is deemed accepted after three reminder emails and no response.
- If your printed order is in production or delivery.
Tax Policy
All prices listed on the website are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.
Important Information
How do I qualify to claim a refund?
If you receive initial design concepts for your design package and they do not meet the specifications outlined in your brief, you may choose to claim a refund. The following conditions apply:
- Refunds are only available if the designs fail to meet the brief as described.
- If you provide quality feedback and request revisions, the Money Back Guarantee becomes void, but our 100% satisfaction guarantee remains.
How long does it take to claim a refund?

Does the Money Back Guarantee apply to all packages?
The Money Back Guarantee applies only to design packages. Once you approve a design and request further revisions, the guarantee is void. However, we will continue working on your design until you're satisfied, as part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Design Process & Feedback
Design work is subjective. We believe in a collaborative process and rely on customer feedback to deliver satisfactory designs. If we fail to meet your requirements, the Money Back Guarantee applies.
Non-Design Services
Please note that the Money Back Guarantee does not apply to non-design services like content writing, SEO services, or marketing support.
Ownership and Rights to Use
Website Ownership
eShopLK.com retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the service provided, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents. Any use of our name or trademark requires prior consent.
Creative Briefs & Client Information
By submitting any material for your project, you grant us the rights to use this material in connection with your project and for internal purposes.
Client Ownership
Upon completion of the project and final approval of your design, you will own the final product. However, materials from earlier revision cycles remain the property of eShopLK.com.
File Release Charges
We reserve the right to charge a release fee for final files upon order closure.
Non-Disclosure and Privacy
At eShopLK.com, we prioritize your privacy. While we take reasonable efforts to protect your information, we are not responsible for any misuse of data, including breaches or hacking incidents.
Warranty Disclaimers; Indemnification; Limitations of Liability
Content Responsibility
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content on our platform. You are responsible for verifying the use of any materials provided through our service.
